What's the difference between the Family Safety website and the Family Safety software installed on my computer?
The Family Safety Web site is where you manage the settings for your children's accounts. The Family Safety software enforces the settings on your computer. The installed software also helps you keep track of your child's browsing activity on a particular computer.
Can Family Safety warn me when I'm about to view a site with inappropriate content?
If you're a parent, Family Safety doesn't automatically apply any restrictions to your account. You can, however, apply personal safety settings to your own account. For example, you can choose to have Family Safety warn you before you enter Web sites belonging to certain categories.
